Fearless or Fear Less?

Multiples avenues to pushing past your comfort zone

Prem Trivedi

Prem talks about how his journey to surmount his fears did not unfold as planned. His story provides options for people who do not get it right the first time.

Something to think about

  1. Make a list of 3-5 things you love about working in your community, and 3-5 fears that are holding you back. What do you notice when you compare the lists?
  2. FDR said "Only thing we have to fear is fear itself". What do you think the world would look like if fear ceased to exist?
  3. Prem's purpose in serving, as he states it, was to test himself and get out of his comfort zone. How does that compare to other purposes that other storytellers have discussed, such as connecting to community or providing a tangible service? Are these all legitimate?
